Details: Do you have a passion for people, and a desire to help others learn new skills and gain further qualifications?

Do you have good management skills, Business to Business sales experience and a proven sales track record of commercial revenue generation?

If so, then you could be perfect for this role. Working with your sales team, you will be responsible for monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets. You will undertake market research, develop sales strategies and accounts manage some of our larger clients.

A typical day would include compiling and analysing sales figures, allocating duties to your team members self generating your own leads, making own appointments and selling the benefits of Weir Training’s training and recruitment solutions to businesses.

The ideal person will need to have field sales experience a proven track record in achieving business to business sales targets and experience of leading a successful sales team.

Be self motivated, have excellent communication and “people skills”, work under pressure. Lead and motivate a team and have good planning and organisational skills.

You will also need to have a full driving licence and use of your own vehicle.
