Looking for cost effective conference facilities in Surrey? Then look no further as we offer facilities for hire for up to 18 people!

Daily Charge:

£200 Inclusive of VAT. This includes use of the overhead projector and tea/coffee and biscuits served on 2 occasions.

Half-Day Charge:

£100 Inclusive of VAT. This includes use of the overhead projector and for tea/coffee and biscuits served once.

Equipment Hire:

• Laptop £20 Per person (maximum of 10)
• Flipchart with one pad – £15
• Additional Pads – £10

Terms and Conditions

Full payment must be received at least 1 month before date of event

The following charges will apply in the event of a cancellation:

• 1 month notice – no charge
• 2 weeks notice – 25% charge
• 1 week notice – 50% charge
