Weir Training has been a leading work based Training Provider throughout the South East of England since 2000. Our dedicated team of experienced delivery staff are selected for their qualifications and each specialise within their field.

We have established excellent Employer links. Our unique selling points are our quality, our flexibility and our many industry awards.

At Weir Training we identify the individual Employer needs and are responsive to these, by developing learning programmes to give direct benefit to both the Employer and the Apprentice. We hold the view that any qualification programme must have a direct and measurable impact to all.

Government approved Training Provider

We are registered as an approved main Training Provider on the Register of Apprenticeship Providers (RoATP). We deliver Apprenticeships to both Levy and Non-Levy Employers.

Training

We offer a blended delivery model incorporating both remote and on-site face to face teaching, learning and assessment sessions. These sessions are based around the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours relevant to the chosen Apprenticeship and job role.

Support

Our highly qualified and experienced staff provide one-to-one support throughout the Apprenticeship, tailoring each session to individual and Employer needs.
