Working with: Office Manager / Payroll/HR Manager / Operations Support Assistant
The areas dealt with by the team include, but are not limited to:
- Maintenance issues
- Pest control visits
- Coke orders
- Food orders
- End of day reporting
- Helping with day to day HR functions
- Managing incoming post from stores and suppliers
Monitor Compliance Report – ad-hoc – but almost daily:
Ensure all aspects are up to date – this is a very important function to make sure all stores are compliant, appointments need to be made, chased, and results recorded and saved to various compliance folders. This is an audit function and therefore full training and coaching will be provided
EOD emails – daily:
Check received from every store, check all 7 reports are attached – chase missing and copy in AM – chase until all received, check daily operation monitoring report for any maintenance issue (to be dealt with) and any HR forward to HR.
Clock in and Clock out adjustments – daily:
Produce Process notes, understand /recognise trends and be able to report & present results to the relevant parties (PR/HR Manager, Area Managers & Directors) – full training and coaching will be provided.
It will be a very busy and challenging role but one that will also be very rewarding in respect of personal development.
Weekly Wage: £210.00
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00
