The level 4 Business Administration Apprenticeship framework has been designed to develop the specific technical knowledge to underpin Apprentices competence in the job roles stated on the previous page. This includes the knowledge related to business administration systems, communicating in a business, managing information and knowledge, project management and managing self-development.
Completion of this qualification helps to develop wider business-related and technical knowledge to support competence and to provide Apprentices with a framework for extending their occupational skills to other administrative roles.

- Marketing, stakeholder engagement and management
- Operational planning
- Customer service management
Very skilled Curriculum Specialists provide highly effective training, delivered in successful partnership with employers and which they relate to apprentices’ and employers’ priorities.
A range of resources are available to each Apprentice through our e-portfolio system, as well as varied assessment methods that not only make learning easier, but fun! The e-portfolio system is available 24/7 through Laptop, Mobile or Tablet. All assessment visits are tailored to each Apprentice, coupled with their own individual learning style.
Furthermore, the Apprenticeship features the principles and practices underpinning the core tasks and responsibilities related to their job role as well as wider work related knowledge.
